After an early spring the summer was very warm and with only scattered rains in August. A cooler september followed. A season with ideal growing conditions.
Straw yellow color, pleasant vegetable aromas, fruit and flower, aromatic herbs, chamomile, laurel, yellow flowers. In the mouth it's fresh and slightly salty, quite long, with mineral notes, and fruity hints of orange peel, banana and yellow peaches.
Grape varietals: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: The selected varietals were fermented separately in steel vats. The wine was kept in contact with the yeast for four months, and then the wine spent a brief time aging in the bottle before being released for sale.
