Collebello is produced from organically farmed Sangiovese grapes combined with a limited quantity of other complementary varieties. All aspects of production are certified and traceable. The grapes are harvested from selected vineyards located in cooler areas.
After a mild and wet winter the season started early. A hot summer led to ideal maturation of the grapes. A season with ideal growing conditions.
A modern wine that maintains the pleasurable characteristics of the easy drinking Sangiovese grape that has made the Tuscany region so famous. Sharp and fresh, with red berry fruit flavours yet soft and perfectly balanced.

Vinification: grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by a brief period of maturation in the bottle.
