Collebello is produced from organically farmed Sangiovese grapes combined with a limited quantity of other complementary varieties. All aspects of production are certified and traceable. The grapes are harvested from selected vineyards located in cooler areas.
After an early spring the summer was very warm and with only scattered rains in August. A cooler September followed. A season with ideal growing conditions.

Vinification: grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by a brief period of maturation in the bottle.
Production: 30.000 bottles
Alcohol content: 13%

Combinings: perfect with all good cuisine.
