The master kitchen of Badia a Coltibuono, rich of atmosphere and memories open its doors to the good food and wine lovers.
Simply following chef Benedetta Vitali’s teaching and through a hands-on approach you will discover the secrets to prepare a complete menu, from the starter to the dessert.
Tasty recipes transform the organic local products in a symphony for the palate to savour then in the private owners’ dining room, where lunch is served. The organic Badia a Coltibuono wines are well paired with the dishes prepared, intensifying their flavour
The class starts at 10 am with a guided tour of the abbey, the Italian style garden, the frescoed hall, the chiostro, the ageing cellars. At 10,30 am chef Benedetta welcomes you in the kitchen. The class ends with coffee and grappa served in the fireplace living room.

The class rate includes:  guided tour, 3 hours lesson, lunch, wine for the aperitif and lunch well paired with food, apron as a gift, recipes, diploma.

Timetable: 10,00 am – 2,30 pm – On request even from 5 pm with dinner afterwards
Cost: 155€ per person
Minimum: 4 persons
